Local business networking group Luxury Chamber has recently relocated from Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, FL to the more affluent area just west of Galt Ocean Mile.  Chamber president relocated the chamber to 33rd Street as a strategic decision to be near chamber members such as Perla Lichi Design, 33rd Street Wine Bar, Gioia Restaurant, Lenore Nolan-Ryan Catering and others. The area is an up and coming bastion of luxury, arts and culture.  Several affluent condos are in the area including Hermitage and L'Ambiance which both sell condos priced from $700,000 up till $7,000,000.  The new Auberge condo building just down Ocean Blvd a few blocks away actually start at 1.5 million and sell up to about 15 million.  Jay is also launching a media group in the area and planning to get involved with local residents and business with chamber value added publications such as the newly launch Galt Magazine and the flagship Mondo Italiano Magazine which will cater to the local Italian eateries in the area. As of July 2017 Luxury Chamber has close to 50 members yet with plans to double the number of members before 2018.
