Event Description: A business and social networking event featuring: limoncello tasting and judging contest, music and entertainment, caviar, appetizers, door prizes and quality networking. Limoncello Fest is a Private Event held within a Private Venue! Member's of Luxury Chamber of Commerce are allowed to attend the event free of charge. Non-members who receive our invitation from an organizer or chamber member are allowed to attend on a trial basis by purchasing a ticket.
Exhibitor Packages:
- Enter Limoncello Brand in Contest $100
- Exhibitor Table $250
- Table and Sponsorship $500 this includes an introduction on the microphone, an ad in Mondo Italiano and SOUTH FLORIDA magazine for 6 mos plus a one year membership in Luxury Chamber of Commerce which enables exhibitor to attend all events free for one year.
- Event Naming Rights Sponsorship $2500 - this includes the aforementioned plus you can chose the name of the event. Such as: "ABC Company Limoncello Fest"
Exhibitor Deadline: May 1, 2023. Must be prepaid by this date
Event Start Time: 6 pm Event End Time: 9 pm *the event may go later assuming a great time which usually does happen!
Exhibitor Setup Time: 5 pm. Those with tables must show up by at least 5:15 pm to set things up properly. Limoncello Fest reserves the right to refuse admission to any exhibitor who shows up after 5:45 pm. The late showing could interfere with event time and create an unprofessional appearance.
Who can exhibit: Limoncello or related gourmet brands, luxury companies such as fine art, single family offices, country clubs, jewelers, exotic car dealers, yacht brokers, fashion designers, non-profit organizations.
Who can NOT exhibit? NO MLM, NO SALES, NO FORTUNE TELLERS, NO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WHICH DO NOT CONFORM TO THE GENRE OF LUXURY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ORGANIZER AND HOST VENUE!
