What is FLEXpo?
FLEXpo / FL Luxury Expo is a private mini-expo and rooftop party hosted by Luxury Chamber of Commerce. The event will be held on November 18th, 2024 from 6-9pm. FLEXpo is basically a networking event on steroids!! A safe space for the super successful and those who love to flaunt the best of the best, mingle with other new money millionaires, philanthropists, celebrities and and non-profit Directors. An open business and social networking experience overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The event will be held both indoors and outdoors.
Rain or Shine: We are limiting table exhibitors to four sponsors so that if it rains those tables can be moved indoors without an issue. Subsequently we prefer a smaller turnout with high quality vendors and sponsors.
Exhibitor / Sponsor Pricing
- $2500 Naming Rights Sponsor. Includes a two year membership in Luxury Chamber of Commerce, Naming Rights of the Event on all pertinent collateral, full page ad in SOUTH FLORIDA magazine digital issue for one year, microphone introduction at event and private introductions to local notables / celebrities. This sponsorship would be great for an HRT / Anti-Aging Clinic.
- $500 Exhibitor. Includes exhibitor space on the outdoor rooftop area or in the Penthouse assuming inclement weather. Conference table, two chairs, table cover. Also includes a full page ad in SOUTH FLORIDA magazine for one month. Must be a "LUXURY" brand: Yachting, Exotic Cars, Jewelry, Golf / Polo, Fashion, Fine Art, Real Estate or other high end Boutique Services.
- $350 Non-Profit Table. Includes exhibitor space on the outdoor rooftop area or in the Penthouse assuming inclement weather. Conference table, two chairs, table cover. Also includes an intruduction on the microphone and the ability to raise funds at the event via networking and collecting donations.
Attendance Turnout Expectations
80-120 attendees will join us November 18th, 2024. We purposely limit the number of attendees!
Setup and Breakdown Time
Table setup is at 5pm. Table MUST be fully setup and ready to go by 5:45pm!
Breakdown is 9:05pm. We have some flexibility! You may want to get a room at the hotel and do part of your breakdown the following morning.
Parking
$6.00 cash or card for valet at the hotel. Free parking in the parking lot across the street. Contrary to what the parking lot signs say they will NOT tow you without a parking pass in the windshield.
Electricity
We do not supply electicity to rooftop table vendors without pre-arranged agreements and permits. You can bring a portable power station for lighting and misc items. Electricity is available indoors in the Penthouse for *select approved safe items. (phone charging etc)
Refund Policy
No refunds!! In the circumstance of an event cancelation we would offer the choice of a refund or future credits. Luxury Chamber has never canceled an event. *We postponed an event for Hurricane Irma in 2017. the event took place at Gallery Art in Aventura in October of that year!

1.) Make sure your business fits in with the luxury crowd! We have refunded sponsorships in the past although it is very rare!
