How to Become a Watch Donor
- Email a photo and brief description of your watch to jshapiro@luxurychamber.com.
- Bring the watch to the event by 5:45 PM. Upon arrival, you will find the Silent Auction table located within the roped-off VIP section on the patio at Truluck’s.
- Secure your event tickets by visiting luxurychamber.com and selecting “Next Event.”
Please note: Complimentary admission may be considered for watches of exceptional value.

Why Are Certain High-End Watches Not Accepted?
While the event maintains a secure environment, it is hosted within a restaurant setting and is not designed to accommodate ultra-high-value timepieces. For watches valued above $10,000, we are happy to facilitate direct introductions to participating charities. However, Luxury Chamber of Commerce and its affiliated entities will not be involved in the handling, transaction, or proceeds of such donations.
The Luxury Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a curated selection of exceptional timepieces that will be showcased at the highly anticipated Wine, Women & Watches event, taking place Monday, April 20, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Guests will enjoy an elegant evening of networking, fine wine, and horological artistry, highlighted by a distinctive collection of watches spanning both classic and contemporary design. Among the featured pieces are a refined ladies watch by Diesel, a bold and modern unisex Movado BOLD, and a sleek Ferrari timepiece in like-new condition.
Collectors and enthusiasts alike will appreciate the rare August Steiner certified gold ingot watch, alongside a timeless Bulova tank-style piece. Completing the current lineup is a striking Chanel watch featuring a sophisticated blue alligator strap.
All timepieces on display come with verifiable provenance, offering attendees both confidence and exclusivity. Additional luxury watches and surprises will be announced in the days leading up to the event.

Non-Profit Director Referral & Reward Program
Event Date: April 20, 2026
Location: Truluck's on the Beach
Hosted by: Luxury Chamber of Commerce
Purpose
To reward participating Non-Profit Directors who help grow the event and maximize funds raised through:
- Ticket referrals
- Watch donations
- New Luxury Chamber memberships
The more you contribute, the larger your nonprofit’s share of the Silent Auction proceeds.
Point System
Directors earn points based on the following:
Ticket Referrals
- 1 Ticket = 1 Point
Watch Donations
- Each Watch Donated = 3 Points
(Weighted higher because they increase auction revenue)
New Luxury Chamber Memberships
- New Member = 5 Points
(Highest value because memberships create long-term support)
Simple Formula
Total Points =
(Tickets × 1) + (Watches × 3) + (Memberships × 5)
Example
Director Julie:
- 12 Tickets = 12 Points
- 4 Watches = 12 Points
- 2 Members = 10 Points
Total = 34 Points
Distribution of Silent Auction Proceeds
The Top 3 Directors will receive the largest share:
Bonus Distribution
- 1st Place — 50% of Director Pool
- 2nd Place — 30% of Director Pool
- 3rd Place — 20% of Director Pool
Remaining funds may be shared among participating nonprofits (at organizer discretion).
